On behalf of the Federal Marine and River Transport Agency, I would like to greet holding Marine Industry of Russia International Forum and its organizers, participants and guests.
Solution of global tasks related to development of up-to-date competitive national ports meets the strategic interests of Russia defined in the Programme for the Development of the Civil Shipbuilding Engineering at government level.
Main needs of the national marine industry are to be specified at the Forum, which undoubtedly would help its dynamic development. The business programme of the Forum providing plenum sessions and discussions will ensure acquaintance with the best practices of the leading enterprises of the industry, conduct of negotiations on progress of the international and inland navigation, and expansion of the water activity market.
Expositions of leading Russian and foreign companies, design enterprises, shipyards, manufacturers of sea and river ship equipment and ports will show the latest achievements of the shipbuilding and related industries.
