Dear participants, visitors and organizers!

On behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and on my own behalf I welcome participants, visitors and organizers of Marine Industry of Russia International Forum!

Modernization of the domestic shipbuilding and related industries is an overriding task and indispensable condition of the dynamic development and economic security of Russia.

I believe that holding Marine Industry of Russia International Forum is overwhelmingly important and opportune. I am certain that the Forum is to gain momentum to the development of shipbuilding and related industries.

The informative business program of the Forum will benefit to uniting together efforts of representatives of industry, science, business and power with regard to modernization of the shipbuilding industry as well as will make it possible to discuss practical measures necessary for technical reequipment of the shipbuilding and use of the frame of the private-public partnership.
