Rosneft Petroleum Company
Rosneft is the leader of the Russian petroleum industry and one of the largest publicly traded oil and gas companies in the world. The main lines of activities are exploration and production of oil and gas, production of petroleum products and petrochemicals as well as marketing of its products. The company is in the List of the Strategic Enterprises and Organizations of the Russian Federation. The state is the majority shareholder having 75.16% of its shares. About 15% of the company’s shares are public float.
