FGU Rostransmodernizatsiya

The Directorate of State Customer for Implementation of the Federal Target Programme for the Retrofitting of the Transport Infrastructure of the Russian Federation (FGU Rostransmodernizatsiya) manages implementation and acts as a state customer in:

  • general policies of the FTP for the Retrofitting of the Transport Infrastructure of the Russian Federation (2010-2015);
  • events of the Transport Services Export Development subprogramme of the FTP for the Retrofitting of the Transport Infrastructure of the Russian Federation (2010-2015);
  • scientific research and development works within the framework of the programme and subprogramme (in accordance with the plan of the Ministry of Transportation of the Russian Federation).

Uses the mechanism of private-public partnership as a prime tool for implementation of complex investment projects; such mechanism being focused on project implementation efficiency increase both for the state and private investors.
