The Scientific-Business Programme of the Forum
The scientific-business programme of Marine Industry of Russia Forum includes the plenary session “Marine Industry of Russia”, disputes, seminars, and panel discussions
The following specialized programmes are planned to be held in 2010:
- European Maritime Day- May 20, 2010
- Russian Business Day – May 21, 2010
As part of the plenary session, the open dialog between representatives of the industry, government agencies and business will be conducted. The matters to be discussed include state support of shipbuilding, innovation projects, special purpose loan and leasing schemes, aid in upgrade and reconstruction of plants. Based on the results of the Plenary meeting of the Congress, the appeal to the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation will be directed containing proposals on introduction of new economic and legal norms to encourage shipbuilding development.
