State customer administration for implementation of the Federal Target Programme for Retrofitting of the Transport Infrastructure of Russia (FGU Rostransmodernizatsiya) carries out working managment of implementation and performs functions of the state customer at: – general programme events of the Federal Target Programme for the Development of the Transport Infrastructure of Russia (2010-2015), – events of the subprogramme Transport Services Export Development of the Federal Target Programme for the Development of the Transport Infrastructure of Russia (2010-2015), – research and development engineering works within the frameworks of the programme and subprogramme.
