Furuno New Standalone Radar

Furuno Company introduces its new 1835/19×5 Color LCD Stand-Alone Radar series.
True View mode eliminates any delay in picture update when making quick maneuvers. In this mode, the environment around the vessel is displayed in real time mode without any time lags.
With Automatic Identification System (AIS) receiver connected, the new radar is able to display up to 100 simultaneous AIS targets. ARP11 module enables calculate a route, speed and the nearest point of contact for 10 AIS or ARPA (Automatic Radar Plotting Aid) targets. Besides, the radar allows coloring each target according to the signal strength. This is helpful in discriminating target echoes.
The 1835 model comes with a 4 kW 24” antenna; the 1935 model comes with a 4 kW 3.5’ antenna; and the 1945 comes with a 6 kW 4’ antenna.
