“Mary” is the second ship of the project in 2734. A series of four ships is being built according to the order of “Baltic Fuel Company.” The total cost of the project is about 400 million rubles.
The first vessel of the series – “Thais” – was launched on September 27, 2011. Ships are designed by the “Marine Engineering Bureau” of St. Petersburg.
Ceremonial lowering of “Mary” should have been held yesterday, but shipbuilders’ plans had been changed by adverse weather conditions.
