Blagoveschensky Shipbuilding Plant builds seiner fishing boat for Lenin Collective Farm

OAO “October Revolution Shipbuilding Plant” in the city of Blagoveschensk has started construction of a RS600 class seiner fishing boat. The vessel was ordered by Lenin Collective Farm – the largest fishing enterprise of the region, the Kamchatka region press service reports.
All-seasons seiner fishing boat twice as powerful as RS300 class fishing seiners working near the Kamchatka coast will be handed over to the customer in 2012. Apart from Lenin Collective Farm, another fishing company, “Koryakmoreproduct”, is going to place an order for a new fishing seiner with Blagoveschensk Plant.
We remember that in December 2010 Blagoveschensky Shipbuilding Plant announced that it resumed small fishing boats production under project № 1338 and started construction of RS-600 class fishing seiners instead of outdated fishing seiners of RS-300 class under project № 388M.
OAO “October Revolution Shipbuilding Plant” is a key supplier of small seiner fishing boats to fishing companies of the Far East region. The Plant builds fishing seiners under the government guarantee scheme for Kamchatka and Sakhalin fishermen.
