Commission for Harborage Area Cleaning from Abandoned Vessels

In the Commercial Port of Vladivostok, an inter-agency commission for harborage area cleaning from abandoned vessels was established. According to Rosprirodnadzor, there are 9 abandoned vessels there and 4 more are scuttled by berths. It endangers navigation and breaches the order.
The commission is expected to prepare relevant proposals to amend Russian legislative acts and to submit them to the governor, the Legislative Meeting of the Primorie Territory, Rosmorrechflot and Rosrybolovstvo.
