EMERCOM Will Organize Ten Convoying Bases in Northern Areas of Russia

On June 4 at the opening ceremony of From the Baltic to the White Sea regatta dedicated to the 20-th anniversary of EMERCOM, head of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters (EMERCOM) Sergey Shoygu informed that in association with the Frontier Service EMERCOM will organize ten sea convoying bases in Northern areas of Russia.
Shoygu said that the regatta which started in Saint-Petersburg was to show achievements of small shipbuilding and demonstrate new life-saving equipment.
