”Gazprom” parted with ”Gazflot”

Concern is willing to sell its non-core asset this year according to news reports. Services for the construction of the fleet is really logical to outsource, say experts: it will make pricing more transparent.
”Gazprom” is selling his fleet. Preparations for the sale of a subsidiary ”Gazflot” began last year. ”Moscow News” reports about this news. According to edition the main contender for the purchase is businessman Arkady Rotenberg. A year ago he bought the company ”Gazprom drilling” for 4 billion rubles. It was declined to comment in the gas giant. It is planned that a deal to sell ”Gazflot” can take place in the middle of this year.
LLC ”Gazflot” was established in 1994 and it is 100-percent subsidiary of OAO ”Gazprom”. The company is working in the field of exploitation of oil and gas on the continental shelf of Russia. During its existence ”Gazflot” built 36 exploration wells and discovered eight oil and gas deposits with proved reserves of about 1.5 billion tons of standard fuel. The company is building also a modern high-tech fleet for exploration and transporting hydrocarbon resources to the final consumer.
”Gazflot” selling is quite logical confirms Vitaly Kryukov, analyst of oil and gas group ”IFD Kapital”.
