Icebreaker ”Kapitan Khlebnikov” will lead tankers.

Icebreaker ”Kapitan Khlebnikov” of Far Eastern Shipping Company left the home port of Vladivostok in February, 1 and followed in the La Perouse Strait.
Under a contract with the ”Sakhalin Energy Investment Company” last few years icebreaker provides services for the navigation of large tankers and gas carriers in ice conditions and in the direction of the port Suburban, which is located in the Gulf Bay in southern Sakhalin Island. It is expected that navigation of the icebreaker will continue till the end of March.
