The Principal Russian Maritime Cathedral to Be Resurrected

For a year, at the Kronshtadt Marine Cathedral in the name of Sanctifier Nikolay Chudotvorets was performed a great volume of danger-preventing works, and complex works on dismantling structures erected in the Soviet times to arrange a cinema in the building are being completed.
The cathedral resurrection works were blessed by Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill who again visited the Kotlin Island in beginning-March, 2010, and kicked in the resurrection.
According to the Patriarch, the Kronshtadt Marine Cathedral is to become the principal cathedral of the Russian Navy, cathedral-memorial, cathedral of military glory.
