On 12th of December Head of the Federal Agency of Maritime and River Transport A. Davydenko and chairman of the Water Transport Workers’ Union W. Kapp signed an agreement between the union of Water Transport Workers and the Federal Agency of Water Transport Rosmorrechflot subordinate federal agencies and the federal state unitary enterprises in the field of maritime transport of the Russian Federation in 2012-2014.
