SEFDR Arkticheskaya

In the Pechora Sea construction operations of the self-elevating floating drilling rig (SEFDR) Arkticheskaya reached its final stage. The rig is designated for exploration and production drilling of oil and gas wells of down to 6,500 m depth with sea depth from 10 to 30 m.
This non-propelled SEFDR has three frame supports, fore accommodation block, helicopter deck and drilling unit located on the aft pull-out beam.
The completion of works will be followed by dock trials.
