OAO Pella signed the state contract for delivery of 3 project 90600 tugs for needs of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The tugs are to be commissioned in 2010-2011.
Designation:
A project 90600 tug with azimuth propulsion is designated for towing and canting operations in port, at anchorage and in coastal areas as well as in fire-extinguishing operations, oil spill responses and other works.
Classification:
KM Ice2-Arc4 R3 AUT3 Tug according to the Russian Maritime Registry of Shipping
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Overall length – 25.5 m,
- Extreme beam – 8.8 m,
- Hull height – 4.6 m,
