USC intends to enter into management of JSC ”Northern Shipyard”

On November 21 the board of directors meeting will be held in JSC ”Northern Shipyard”, which will be attended by representatives of USC.
”At the meeting we will initiate the issue of holding an extraordinary meeting of shareholders,” – said ”Fontanka” USC spokesman Alexei Kravchenko.
The corporation intends to change the composition of management of ”Northern Shipyard”, replacing Deputy Director General for Finance and the Chief Accountant.
Recall that in October USC took control over 21% shares of ”Northern Shipyard”.
Prior to that, USC made several attempts to acquire shipbuilding assets, as in 2010 when the company tried to buy it from the structures of the former senator Sergey Pugachev, but the parties failed to agree on the price.
